First off, here is Madison's Easter gift outfit from Michael & Linda our great neighbors (who shovelled 22" of snow while we were on vacation). Next time I will try and get a front picture of her but she was being a little camera shy! This better not be a trend.
Look at the cute jacket!! Sneakers must go!!

We visited these cute little buggers for a morning. They advertised - "come get a tour of our sheep barn and the babies" next line red "Try B.BQ. Lamb on a stick"??? Need I say more we were a little hesitant but we didn't see any little babies being b.b.q'd (thank goodness).
Madison does not like sand but she will walk in Hay up to her knees?? Oh my little fuss pot. I think I need to bring on these little sheep to the beach and maybe she will go on it?
This little guy (mama was white, daddy was brown, we have ourselves a little mix race baby) He/She was a cuddle monster. This teen was working there and she had this little baby in her arms for the whole time. It was a cutie!!
The grown sheep were held back by the wood but the babies could fit through so it was really nice that you could walk down the middle amongst all the little babies and pet them.
Daddy said this reminded him of when he was a little boy in Holland and behind his house in the spring he would see all the lambs and baby chicks. Now he is passing along this experience to his daughter.
It was nice and warm in the barn which made the experience that much better and we could stay for a while and enjoy watching them.
The sheep trying to get their heads under the wood had scraped their wool all the way to the skin, one looked like it was ready to bleed so Daddy pushed the hay closer to all the sheeps so they wouldn't have to strain so hard. At one point all you could see was moving hay as their heads were buried so far under the hay you couldn't see them.
