Another fun trip to the Bowmanville Zoo

Madi enjoyed this trip as we ran into her big sisters Jill and Dani.

Some relatives of mine (a little distant). We are a flexible bunch.

I just love Lemurs - they are too neat looking. If I could have just fit one in my pocket - I wonder if the keepers would have noticed - maybe as I walked out shaking due to the electric shock I would have received from the fence.....maybe....

Some lady getting a camel ride - she was after us - Randy's camera has pictures of me and Madi on the camel and they stuck ME on the hump. Yeah that was pleasant.

Ellie the Elephant - I dont know if thats her name just sounded right.

Madi back at the goats, still not interested in feeding the goats; but the chickens she was right in there.

Okay she won't feed the goats but she is interested in the snake - that's my girl - Not a follower but a leader

Yeah, thats it get in there and touch it. She was worried the snake might get her blue bag filled with marbles from the gift shop.

Ahhh she's so cute even when she touches a snake.

Trenton Air Show - Trenton CFB, Ontario

This year CFB Trenton decided to bring back their Air Show (its been a few years) and I have never been to an air show. Boy, did we have fun. The cloudy sky was a bit cool in the morning but it cleared up and turned out to be a fantastic day all around.

Above is the globe master - it carries lots of cargo and vehicles to other countries. This plane had the longest line up to get inside. We waited for 45 minutes to get up the ramp and then Madi freaked out and wanted to get out. She thought she was waiting to get on the plane to get into a seat and go somewhere. Boy was she disappointed when it was just to look at the inside of the plane. They were even touring the cockpit but we didn't get that far.

We had a great day - Favorite part for Madi was the school bus ride to the air field (there and back) was the highlight!!!

They had a play area for the kids and could use the air bouncers unlimited - Guess who really enjoyed that!! MOMMY
