We put up the tree while Madi was napping. This year Randy bought a new one with the lights already in it (that always takes so long).
When Madi came down after her nap she was so excited about the tree.
She told me "Mommy this is my best favorite tree ever. I love it. I am going to hug it" so she did.
Look at the happiness in that face - she loved it even without the decorations. She doesn't like when it flashes and when the white lights are on. Has to be the colored ones.
Feeling and touching and enjoying the new adventure.
Caressing the tree - yeah that lasted about an hour the excitement of the tree until we got balls on the tree.
It was so much fun she peed her diaper and needed a change.
Daddy to the rescue. Hopefully Madi's new years resolution will be NO DIAPERS in 2009!!
