The Big Flip

Randyand his buddy bought a house in Trenton and renovated
169 Marmora Street - Front Entrance
Above - Before
Below - AFTER
Tadaa!!!! What a change

(Above) Before: The tub that sat in room with no water
(Below) After: The nice clean shower and a pocket door from the bedroom

(Before) Above - The kitchen with an electric fireplace - the only source of heat in the house when it was purchased (and no running water)
(After) Below - The same wall just a different angle the photo was taken - now where the stairs are.
(Below) Before - This what the old stairs look like - you can't see it but the run of the stairs you could barely get your foot on the step (just your toes) to walk up - Randy fell down the stairs a few times.

Same but closer look at the stairs.

Below After - the new stairs. What a difference

Below (After) The elevated ceilings and the new patior doors to the backyard with a deck.

Below - Before - Same shot but what you can't see is that the height was about 5'?? There was also a door on the side of the house, not the back.

Above before the view to the backyard
Below after the view to the backyard

The front hallway but there is no before shot of this

Before - The bathroom - (which was a bedroom at first) the view looking in (above) and against the wall where the stairs cut through the room (below)

After Below - Same wall

The new washer and dryer just outside washroom door
The loft upstairs - Before (pic below)

The loft after (below)

(Below) The kitchen after - Bigger than my kitchen with a new stove and fridge ALL INCLUDED
Before - Below that backyard - to the left is where the shed use to be

The shed - UGLY

The shed now - matches the house and moved to the back of the property to open up and have more room

The back of the house that now has windows and a patio door and deck but Randy has to go back and take a photo of this because that is the most amazing transformation because they totally ripped off the backroom and rebuilt it and raise the roof to match the rest of the house. That was back breaking and the mess that was below the floor. Old doors nailed under the floor boards - the weirdest things!!

The basement before

(Below) The basement after with spray insulation, flooring (plywood to keep dampness down), a new furnace and duct work and lights!

The new furnace - HIGH EFFICIENCY NATURAL GAS and HOT WATER TANK IS ALSO GAS
