Madi being Madi - around the hood!

Madi the artist

Below is her "project" as she called it
Mommy is the biggest head, the blue with the squiggly lines all around (medium head) is Madison, the pink head between them is Daddy and the bottom with the 4 legs is baxter! Not bad for an almost 3 year old!

I asked her to pose with her drawings and she said "NO!" so hence the ugly look on her!

She is a busy drawer.

Below - was the first picture as she was turning it around to show me, with a big smile until I asked her to stand beside it so I could take a picture. GIRLS!!

Below - This is what happens when you turn your head for a minute.

Hey Auntie Leah - Like my new PJ's!! (thank you Auntie Leah)

She said "look at me Mommy"

Fingerpainting which we didn't use "Fingers" - Madi doesn't like to get dirty so I am working on that with her.

She painted with popsicles. This lovely completed art work is now hanging proudly in my office.

Below - Baxter wants to help
Nose painting

Madi checking out the clean aquarium - we can actually see in it now

Baxter always weasling his way into a photo

The tank

Daddy and Madi reading together.

How cute are they!!??

All dressed up!

Momma's pretty girl
She is a whopping 39" and 35 lbs on June 1st, 2009

Sitting out in the sun with Madi and her "best buddy"

He is such a good boy - really tolerable to the kids but they are good to him as well.

Getting ready to plant some herb seeds.

Madi really enjoyed doing this together.

Wow, I am in a picture for a change!

Tadaa All done planting

Helping Daddy pick weeds but I think she is working on "warming her bum up" in this photo - she does that to not use the potty - stubborn one but we love her anyways.

Yup still holding it in!

Madi was pointing at the Robin so she made me take the picture of it.

Mommy's sidewalk chalk art

Madi asked me to write the following;

and she wanted her picture taken on the words.

Below - We were laying some sod in the backyard and as we were turning the soil (Madi helping of course) Madi found some worms so she picked them out, and had us wash the "dirt off" because she doesn't like dirt.

Look at me OMA!!!

She is clenching those fists so tight I thought they wouldn't make it.

Oops dropped one, better pick it up.

Please note: None of the worms pictured above were mistreated, we quickly relocated them to the front yard.

The mall put some new toys in and Madi was in Heaven - She loves the carousel - you can get 3 kids on for a buck!

Even an adult can share in the dollar! What a deal.
No clown fishes were harmed on the carousel!

People walking by had quite a chuckle especially when all three of us were on it- going around.

Madi's fancy hair do~

Hamming it up for the camera!

8 hair clips and not one got lost

Cheeze!!!

Phew I am done updating the blog for a wee bit - we need to take some more photos first.
