Valleyview Farms - Ottawa ON

On Thanksgiving Sunday we went to Valleyview farm in Ottawa with Auntie Leah and Cousin Jadon. Jadon said it was his best Thanksgiving ever because he usually just ate dinner and was home alone but this year we came over for a sleep over and he was going to the farm to play.

Left of the photo (below) is Auntie Leah (Mommy's sister), Cousin Jadon, and Daddy just entering the farm. No Randy isn't picking his butt he is putting his wallet away.

It was a magnificient weekend for weather. We couldn't have asked for better weather - it was fantastic.

Checking out the play structures.

Below - this friendly cow allowed me the honor to photograph up his nose (or her)

The Geese

No, that's not a real chicken in the background.

Mrs. Pea Cock

She is so BLUE

Daddy and Madi checking out the animals

Minature Horse

Madi liked this barn building even though there was nothing in it.

This guy (below) was very feisty and cute. We were feeding him corn from the corn maze.

Madi on the statue horses yelling "giddy up, giddy up!"

Getting on the tractor "train" ride
ALL ABOARD

Checking out the small animal barn

Ms. Chicken

One of those goats starting to eat Madi's shirt. She was fond of them.

This goat was way too friendly - he wanted all the attention, not the food, he wanted to be petted!!

Even goats have their "good side" for photos.

Madi picking out her pumpkin - this is the pumpkin patch I use to take my nephew (who is now 17 years old) to every year from the time he was a toddler to a young boy. Oh, the memories. Its has changed a bit with more animals and play structures. It was my favorite thing to do in the fall. Our special time together once a year.

Jadon and Madi taking their "good bye" photo from the animal farm.

We have more pictures from Randy's camera - these were taken by Mommy more to come later.
