Hockey Night in Belleville

Its' playtime!! Doing a little building of blocks

Lately its been a little difficult getting Madison into the tub so this time she was quite eager to get in and play with her big sister Dani. She was busy as a bee and guess who didn't want to get out. She isn't like her father (stubborn) at all.

Getting clean as a whistle!!

Daddy and the girls came outside to play some hockey - Madi had never seen a hockey stick before - She quite liked it though.

(Below) One of my favorite pictures of her, she has the biggest grin and is so proud of herself with the stick, even if she doesn't know what it is or what it is for!!

Here she is taking off running with like its her prized possession. Too cute I say!!

Jill is showing Madison how to handle a stick and ball.

I think she got it!! Quick learner.

Daddy and the girls duking it out! Looks like Daddy isn't giving the girls a break. Madi was cheering them on from the sidelines.

May TWO FOUR weekend - Kite flying

ONE WORD TO DESCRIBE THE DAY - COLD

The wind was terrific, the kites when up fast but it was COLD. The girls had toque's on and runny nose from the cold. It felt like early March weather. It was so cold we thought it could snow. (thank goodness it didn't)

Dani and Daddy putting together Dani's kite. Her seahorse with wings. Here Dani has put on my vest and Daddy's toque. Dani was quite relieved we had some back up clothes in the van, especially the hat she said because it stopped her hair from blowing in her face.

Here Madi has decided to wander off on her own - I had to chase her to come back to where we were flying the kites. I think she was headed to the van to warm up (which we ended up sitting in as we were freezing watching Randy and the girls fly the kites)

Here Madi is FREEZING (So is the photographer!!)
